On 29th August 2014, Deloitte came to Desa Mentari and Desa Ria to do their community outreach program. They mobilised some 150 persons and cleaned up the playground in Desa Mentari Block 8 and painted the staircases of Desaria.
YB Nik Nazmi and Halimey were also there to greet the Deloitte project leader Nizar. The Deloitte team were dynamic and down to earth; accountants doing manual work! I spent about 3 hours there talking to the participants. I want to thank the Deloitte team and hope for more future community engagements.
