On the 20th of December, I had an event with the MB, Hannah and Gobind in Puchong. Selangor govt handed over land titles to purchasers who were left defenseless by unscrupulous developer some 10+ years ago. Apparently, the developer did not pay the premium to the State govt but somehow got all permissions to build and sell the properties. So after the purchasers paid up the developer just closed shop and the state govt refused to give land titles to purchasers because no premium paid.
The fault obviously lies in the govt for allowing the developer to build without settling the premium. Anyway congrats to Hannah who worked very hard to get the titles finally issued.
