I am stuck in a massive jam at Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim, in front of Istana Negara. The police has blocked this 4 lane highway for 25 minutes now, as I write. Every 5 to 10 minutes, a convoy of VIPs are leaving. I have seen 6 such convoys leave Istana Negara.
